  • How important are legs?

    If you had to say how important do you think working out your legs are or is working out your upper body more important than working out your lower body?

    you know what they say, thick legs make the dick beg lol

    Legs are very important, working on legs can help improve all around life, If you have bad knees doing easy exercises can help ease knee and leg pains and help bend them more. going on walks, doing squats.

      I try to do I bit of leg excersise daily, Makes me feel accomplished though, I only do full day legs on weekends.

        I believe they are necessary because you need to retain good leg health in order to prevent bone Decay and other illnesses in the future but not everyone is prone to having issues for not working out their legs it's those who don't do anything with them at all who run the risk of having a lot of health issues.
